If Advertiser believes that there is a fraud activity, the Advertiser shall provide the Publisher with a reasoned report of such fraud activity within three (3) calendar days from receipt of the Publisher's server reports. In case of any statistics reversals the Advertiser shall provide the Publisher with a reasoned report of such reversals within one (1) calendar day of their detection. Should the Advertiser fail to provide the Publisher with the reasoned reports and information on fraud activity and/or reversals, the Publisher shall not be liable for them and services shall be deemed as provided in full rendered. If the Parties are unable to arrive at a joint conclusion, then the Publisher's stats and reports shall govern.
