PARTNER TERMS: You may only use creative which has been pre-approved by HOMER in writing or provided to you through Impact Radius.You will not alter approved content or creative in any way.You will not market HOMER to any person under the age of 13 (HOMER membership is directed at parents).You will not use any form of incentivization to market HOMER.You will not use unapproved sub-affiliates to market HOMER.You will ensure that your site remains brand safe.You will not promote HOMER alongside any adult, defamatory or controversial content.After receiving written notice, you will promptly remove any content or creative that is no longer approved by HOMER. If no action is taken within 2 business days you will be removed from the HOMER program.You will not bid on branded keywords or search terms without express written permission from HOMER.You will not take any action or make any representation that may confuse any consumer as to your relationship with HOMER.You will get approval for any content and/or third party testimonial to promote HOMER.You will not post or serve links to HOMER within any pop-up or pop-under windows, transitional or interstitial page ads, or layer ads.You will not attempt to intercept or redirect traffic to HOMER.You will not artificially generate clicks or actions, whether by way of a robot, software program, or otherwise.You will not cloak, hide, spoof, or otherwise obscure the URL of your site or mobile platforms or those of any sub-affiliates such that we cannot reasonably determine the platform from which traffic originated. PAYMENT TERMS: As a media partner in the HOMER Performance Marketing Program, partners will be paid a referral fee for qualified sales. We reserve the right to adjust the referral fee payable to you for any reason, including, but not limited to, reporting errors, invalid or canceled orders, refunded orders, declined credit card, fraudulent customers, orders submitted by customers in countries, states, cities, counties, municipalities or zip codes where HOMER does not ship, misattribution, or for business reasons. Additionally, we reserve the right to reverse any orders that were obtained through promotional methods that are a breach in this agreement.
